TLR Builders, LLC is new to the construction industry, Terry Lee Ryser is not. Terry’s career started in 1976, joining Peter A. Lendrum Associates as a draftsman. Advancing and gaining notoriety as a person that can be trusted and relied upon. He was with Lendrum for eight years. Jumping forward Terry was with Todd & Associates Architects for 22 years as both a project manager then as a senior construction manager. In February 2008 Terry joined Trillium Development as Construction Manager overseeing numerous projects, manpower, change order requests, enforcing contractual agreements and working with both the team and city officials to make sure the projects were completed on time, staying within budgets and conforming to building codes. Terry brings the best of both worlds by mixing up the knowledge and skills of the Architects with the hands on skill and requirements of a General Contractor.

"Terry and I first met at Trammell Crow Residential, (TCR). Terry was the field contact for Todd and Associates, the architect of record for most of TCR's projects. Terry would verify compliance to plans and spec and was very instrumental in handling any plan or detail related questions. Terry is very knowledgeable in construction, construction codes and the industry in general. Terry resigned his position at Todd and Associates for a better opportunity and his replacement could not fill his shoes.
